1.The service

AutoLink lets someone notify a vehicle owner from a QR sticker, without seeing the owner's contact details.

2.Not an emergency service

AutoLink is not an emergency service. If there is immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services.

3.Ordering and payment

The sticker is sold at the price shown at the time of the order, payable in cash on delivery. Delivery fees depend on the wilaya and are shown before you confirm.

4.Service period and renewal

The price of a sticker includes 2 years of service, counted from the moment it is linked to an account.

When that period ends, anyone who scans the sticker sees that it is not available, until it is renewed. The owner's account and car book are not affected.

Renewal is never automatic. The owner asks for it from their account; we contact them to arrange payment (⁨1 000 DA⁩ for 1 year), and the service is extended once payment is received — from the end date, or from the day of payment if that date has passed.

5.Acceptable use

Messages must stay related to the vehicle. Insults, harassment, advertising and repeated messages without reason are forbidden and may lead to a block.

6.Availability

We do our best to keep the service available, without being able to guarantee uninterrupted access.
